Returns & Exchanges Policy – White Spring Home
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our products. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Order Cancellation & Returns
• Bedding sets and pillows can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted for custom-made items (including monogrammed or embroidered products).
Return Process
• Before returning a product, you must contact our customer service to initiate the return request.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower), in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
• Items may be exchanged within 14 days, provided they are returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
• Custom-made bedding and pillows (including embroidered or personalized orders).
• Used or washed items.

מדיניות החזרות והחלפות – White Spring Home
אנו עושים כל מאמץ כדי להבטיח שתהיו מרוצים מהמוצרים שלנו. עם זאת, אם ברצונכם להחזיר או להחליף פריט, אנא קראו את מדיניות ההחזרות שלנו:
ביטול עסקה והחזרת מוצרים
• ניתן להחזיר סט מצעים או כריות שלא נעשה בהם שימוש תוך 14 יום מיום קבלת המוצר.
• ההחזרה תתאפשר רק אם המוצר באריזתו המקורית, ללא שימוש, כביסה או נזק מכל סוג שהוא.
• מוצרים שיוצרו בהתאמה אישית (כולל מונוגרמות ורקמות לפי הזמנה) לא ניתנים להחזרה או להחלפה.
תהליך ההחזרה
• יש לשלוח בקשה להחזרה דרך שירות הלקוחות לפני שליחת המוצר חזרה.
• החזרת המוצר תתבצע על ידי הלקוח ועל חשבונו.
• לאחר קבלת המוצר ובדיקתו, נבצע החזר כספי לאמצעי התשלום המקורי תוך 7 ימי עסקים, בהפחתת דמי ביטול בסך 5% או 100 ₪ (הנמוך מביניהם), בהתאם לחוק.
החלפות
• ניתן להחליף מוצר במוצר אחר בתוך 14 יום, בתנאי שהמוצר הוחזר באריזתו המקורית וללא שימוש.
• במקרה של החלפה, עלות המשלוח חזרה תחול על הלקוח.
מוצרים שלא ניתנים להחזרה
• מצעים וכריות בהתאמה אישית (כולל רקמה אישית או מידות מיוחדות).
• מוצרים שנעשה בהם שימוש או כובסו.
